Exhibitor Contract (covering all Expos by AchievingLife.com)
1. Set-up time is one hour before event begins and breakdown is the hour plus following the event..
2. AchievingLife reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any product, company and/or service, and it’s judgment shall be final and binding.
3. AchievingLife is not liable for personal injury, or for lost or stolen goods. Insurance is the exhibitor’s responsibility, & is highly recommended.
4. Exhibitor is financially liable for any damage caused to booths, decorations, or to any Exhibit Hall property caused by the exhibitor.
5. Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and save harmless the event, the producer, management, & its employees from any & all claims, causes of action, & suits accruing or resulting from any damage, injury, or loss to any persons, including, but not limited to persons to whom the Exhibitor may be liable under any Workers Compensation Law & the Exhibitor himself, and any other party related to their exhibition rental including attendees, employees, guests, other exhibitors or members of the public, & from any loss, damage, cause of action, claims, or suits for damages or merchandise, caused by, rising out of, or in any way connected with the exercise of the Exhibitor priveleges granted herein.
6. Smoking is not permitted at the event. All Federal, State, & City laws pertaining to fire & safety must be adhered to.
7. Exhibitors are responsible for meeting all City/State resale, licensing, & Health Dept requirements.
8. In the event that any outside force, beyond the control of AchievingLife, such as war, fire, or act of God, prevents the event from taking place, AchievingLife reserves the right to retain Exhibitor payments to cover expenses.
9. A $50 deposit is required to lock in spot with total amount due within 2 weeks or September 15th. whichever is sooner. The vendors who sign-up after September 15th must pay full amount to reserve space.
10. Booth sales are final. If the exhibitor gives notice at least 14 days before the event, booth fees minus $50 may be refunded, or 100% may be transferred to a future event. Less then 14days no refunds only credit toward future events.
11. Exhibitor acknowledges that this contract shall apply to all future events produced by AchievingLife in which exhibitor participates.
