All sites within the AchievingLife Network are networking communities, but much more than that. The goal is to truly promote the sense of community and experiencing life, a site with a purpose, with members who are seeking to get to know others, to learn, to grow, to expand their horizons. The site is meant to inspire people, to help dreams get reached, to help create a better world that may not be perfect but is in a state of forward motion, of achieving.

Part of our aim is to provide a medium for social networking, business/job networking, and local community networking through promoting businesses and conections in or nearby your area. In 2008 we let go of a number of communities and starting in 2010 are focusing on two: AchievingLife main page for personal development and growth, and BikerTouring for the motorcycling communities across the US.

In addition to communities and profiles based on these two main communities there are plans for many more features. These features include: forums, journal entries, lists of books/music/movies owned or wanted, a small photo gallery, links about the Environment & Ecology, links about Ideological Systems, and more.

While numerous other sites exist that fulfill some part of these roles we feel there is little out there (that we have seen) that has all of them plus more wrapped up in one user friendly, safety/privacy focused site. The AchievingLife Network is working to take into consideration the positives of other sites that are in existence and very soon user input though surveys (should be starting August 2010).

This site is being built from the ground up and some features may take time to start working properly. Through this start-up process please be aware that there may be technical difficulties - if you do have continued problems or concerns contact our web department at achievinglife@gmail.com. The desire to build ground up comes from our focus on privacy, safety, and wanting to live by the philosophy of KISS - keep it super simple.

Additionally, as we are new we need as much user support as we can get. If your area is not yet represented and you know of businesses, organizations, groups, or have other thoughts that may be useful do not hesitate to show/suggest to them to view the site or contact us at achievinglife@gmail.com. Also, let your friends know of the site - the quicker we get members and businesses the better ability we will have to work on and launch additional features.
