Achieving Life Volunteer/Partner/etc Needs:
PHP Programmer and Web Designer that will work
very closely with Debra Macking in programming and designing the
website(s). Currently Debra Macking is doing all programming and design of website - the percent would ideally be about 40% depending on how setup of site continues.Would like to see easy online form for submission of audio and video podcasts, for application to expo, and for all advertising (especially the Full Life area).
CPA to assist with financials. This also includes the need of a lawyer to become a 501.c3 Non-Profit.
Marketing & Advertising people to help promote
the site, design marketing campaigns, and produce advertisements.
People for this in regards to the expos is essential as well. Payment for this is limited - mainly will be with Achieving Life Points, trade for space at expo, or deferred pay till money is available.
Press Release Writer - This is a key element
and one that we need someone who has great strength in. As with marketing/advertising will initially be volunteer, Achieving Life Points, trade for space, or deferred pay till money is available.
Interviewer - Someone to help with conducting
and obtaining audio and video recordings of Achieving Life and
Achieving Life Expo Partners, Sponsors, Supporters, Vendors, Speakers,
and Members.
AS of now the above would be volunteer with Life Points, the
ability of having a booth at an event, various other possibilities,
and with plans to be able to pay them later.
Achieving Life Website Information:
The website is hosted through WestHost. This took place after
previous hostings with two other companies.
The requirement for ease of use for phpmyadmin, mysql, and other
aspects of database access appears to have required us to have
a good hosting companyt that has excellent tech support (a benefit
as without a full fledged site programmer understandable tech
support is a necessity).
We pay approximately $20/month for this hosting - exact price
will be listed below when financials as our financials are coded
and added.
The original PHP programming for Full Life, at the time APBctr.com
(localvita.com, studentvita.com, & scholarvita.com) was done
by Mark Delgado (who we want back but would require a contract with the
ability to pay for 3years at approx $40,000/year - more than worth
it). We are open to other programmers but the requirement of sharing
information, some teaching, and working with Debra Macking is
imperative.
Debra Macking has done most all of the html and css except where
otherwise noted (achievinglife.com/massage was in part created
by David Michaels, and editing has been done by Amanda and Isa.).
Updates to and changes to create the Life Dynamic directories,
forums, and similar have been done by Debra Macking working with
trial/error of the php by Mark Delgado.
Achieving Life Business Status
Achieving Life, LLC out of Florida is our official status at
this time. We will be seeking to become a non-profit or c-corp
eventually.
Achieving Perfect Balance, Inc ceased to exist in 2006. In 2007 the LocalVita, StudentVita, ScholarVita, and APBctr.com sites were mostly extinguished - those members and companies that were part of or promoted are being held to the promises made at that time including the 'free' lifetime advertising and memberships. This was a promise made by Debra Macking and one intended on being kept so long as Debra Macking is involved with the companies that created the initial websites/databases.

In order to continue to grow
and create Achieving Life, Achieving Life Expos, and work with
other endeavors it is necessary for us to have monetary income.
We are more than willing in all cases of our rates to barter and
trade as we believe and know that often other possibilities have
the same if not more value than the exchange of money. Saying
this we do want again to emphasize that our rates and getting
Partners, Supporters, and participants of the Achieving Life Expos
that pay is a necessity.
Achieving Life Contracts:
The general template for contracts that will be used for Expos,
Events, Echelon Partners, Supporters, and others will be linked
to from here once they have been completed and coded.
Achieving Life Expos
Our expos will have some varrying prices based on location, length
of event, and additional details. We will be adding more information
as it is known for the events.
Commissions & Pay
Achieving Life currently is looking primarily for volunteers and commission based work.
General Rate(s) of commission are planned as:
30 % for Echelon Partner
20% for Sponsors, Vendors, and all but basic supporter level and
trade supporters of website and expos.

7. Research and attendance at Expos, Fairs, and events tied to but not limited to Native American Pow Wows, Renaissance Festivals, SCA events, Healthy Living Expos, events posted at the Mind Body Spirit Directory, and various Home Shows.
8. Research through investment groups, news groups, fortune 500 companies, and business magazines and websites.
